Set in Britain’s most famous comprehensive, Grange Hill is the UK's longest-running children's drama, with filming for the 30th series now complete.

Storylines explore the trials and tribulations of school life, as well as the high jinx and mischief that go hand in hand! As stories unravel we touch on characters’ lives outside school, and get an understanding of what it’s like to be a teenager in the 21st century.

Grange Hill’s ever-changing and diverse storylines allow the programme to attract a broad audience demographic, with something to appeal to everyone from eight to eighteen-year-olds.

After all these years, the show is still just as adept in dealing with moving, powerful storylines in a way that appeals to children of all ages. The show’s large cast currently includes some 31 pupils and five teachers, with many cast members becoming ever-presents in the show throughout their teenage years.
