Sean Marley became the Managing Director of the Liverpool based production company following its acquisition by All 3 Media.
Sean started his career in the world of radio, initially working in advertising sales at Metro Radio in Newcastle and Radio City in Liverpool.
In 1993, he made quite a radical change in direction and moved into radio programming. By 1996, he had been appointed Programme Director of Metro Radio, one of the youngest at the time in the UK.
In 1999, he came home and re-joined Radio City as Programme Director before taking on the role of Managing Director in 2000.
During his time at Radio City, the station moved to St John’s Beacon and won UK Commercial Station of the Year and UK Sony Station of the Year awards. Sean also held a group-wide role for EMAP Plc, overseeing the relaunch and strategy for the eight northern Magic AM stations.
In 2003, Sean joined Lime Pictures as Commercial Director, during which time he worked alongside the management team that successfully completed the recent deal with All 3 Media.
