After their fairy-tale engagement, Elliott and Sadie embarked on a mission to get wed with ITVBe following them every step of the way. This two-episode special documented the highs and lows of wedding planning which was never going to be simple with headstrong businessman Elliott in charge. He wanted nothing but the absolute best for his bride-to-be, but with his restaurant Olivia’s expanding in the same year, money was not free flowing, and time was not on their side.
