How to apply

We offer one unpaid work experience placement per week on our long running, Liverpool based drama, Hollyoaks. You have two windows of opportunity to apply each year, with the work experience programme open in January and July.

 Application dates for 2018 are;

2nd January 2018 – 13th January 2018 for placements between 1st July 2018 – 21st December 2018

3rd July 2018 – 14th July 2018 for placements between 1st January 2019 – 30th June 2019

We’re proud to be a ‘two-tick’ disability symbol holder, meaning we’re recognised for our support and retention of talented individuals with disabilities. This support, naturally, extends to anyone on a placement and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you have the support and adjustments you need to get the most out of your time with us.

What next?

Once you’ve submitted your application, please be prepared to bear with us. Our work experience programme is very popular and it takes time to read through and consider all your applications.

If you’re successful, you’ll hear from us within one month. If you don’t hear from us it means that you’ve been unsuccessful this time. We’d like to get in touch personally, but the high number of applications we get makes that impossible. For the same reason, we’ll be unable to provide feedback if you’re unsuccessful in your application.
