HR Administrator - Temporary Contract

We are currently looking for a competent HR Administrator to join our busy HR department on a temporary basis. The role holder will issue documentation to new starters, track absence and issue benefits documentation to eligible employees as well as other general admin.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent and with a generalist CPP qualification (preferable)
• Experience of working within an HR environment
• Experience of note taking in disciplinary/performance meetings
• Experience in creating new starter packs, raising contracts and issuing offer letters
• Microsoft computer literacy for all packages
• Experience editing employee information and creating reports using an online HR system
• Strong administration experience
• Ability to use initiative
• Confident interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise a diverse workload
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven ability to work proactively as part of a team

Contract: Two months (subject to change)
Hours: 37 per week

Service Desk Analyst

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide first & second line support of technology services to internal customers within agreed service levels with a constant focus on excellence, customer service and satisfaction. They will resolve reported incidents to the customer’s satisfaction, using approved methods, tools and procedures and in accordance with internal SLA’s. They will be able to accurately diagnose, record, classify, prioritise and assign unresolved incidents in order to provide the best possible outcome for the customer, every time.

  • Experienced of providing 1st line support to in-house or off the shelf business systems applications.
  • Good experience of managing and administering accounts on Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory and IP telephones. Also be familiar with supporting internal bespoke applications.
  • Demonstrable experience of Windows 7 & Windows 10 Desktop and MS Office suite. Mac OS is advantageous.
  • An understanding of the Adobe creative cloud suite.
  • Experience of using IT Helpdesk/Service management tools.
  • A good understanding of management principles & practice including team development and performance management.     Advantageous Skills:
  • Lync/Skype for Business administration.
  • Any level of System Centre administration.

Digital Content Editor

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Editor to join our Digital team. Working as part of a digital team supporting television programmes, the DCE is responsible for creating and maintaining editorial content for the company’s flagship shows under the direction of the Digital Campaigns Manager and Head of Video.  With unprecedented access to the programmes’ storylines, filming, sets and cast, the Lime Digital team create content that represents the programme and is valued and enjoyed by its viewers.  This includes shooting and creating original content and working with show assets and archive footage to design and implement innovative and engaging campaigns.  Digital and social content should first and foremost engage the viewer and generate interest in the brand for current, lapsed and new viewers.  Reaching a wide audience is the main objective of the overall campaign.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience of writing for the web, ideally for a youth audience
  • Demonstrable photography skills including the use of the basic functions of a Digital SLR camera
  • Personal experience of and interest in, using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat and other social platforms is essential, professional experience is desired.
  • Experience of delivering content to strict deadlines.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • The ability to manipulate images in Adobe Photoshop or similar
  • Experience of video editing software e.g. Adobe Premiere/Final Cut.
  • Experience of using web based CMSs to update websites
  • Experience of using social media publishing systems (e.g. Tweetdeck)
  • The confidence to gather content while on a TV shoot and work under the associated demands.
  • Experience in effective time management and ability to work towards extremely tight deadlines.
  • Experience in working as part of a team and confidence to input in creative discussions.
  • Ability to develop ideas and communicate these with other team members and talent when on set.

Location: Liverpool or London (dependent upon the right candidate).
