Lime is the home of the UK’s most talked about television from BAFTA award winning TOWIE to our long-running drama Hollyoaks; we really do produce TV shows that stand the test of time. We are currently seeking a pro-active and dynamic individual to provide generalist HR support to our London-based production teams. The successful candidate will be the key point of contact for HR in London and will therefore be responsible for all first line HR activity, working with stakeholders across both the staff and freelance communities.  Finding the right people is vital to a successful production team so previous recruitment experience is a must. We also want to make sure all new joiners have the best start to their time at Lime Pictures so you will be heavily involved with onboarding.


Our ideal candidate will:


  • Be educated to A level or equivalent (even better if you have CIPD level 5)
  • Have excellent Microsoft skills
  • Be numerate and able to collate and analyse data
  • Have experience of working within a fast paced HR environment
  • Enjoy communicating with people at all levels
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills and be able to prioritise a diverse workload
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to use their own initiative and be confident in problem solving but also work proactively with the HR team in the Liverpool office
  • Be confident at presenting to groups

Programme Publicist - Maternity Cover

We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our vibrant Publicity team at Lime Pictures. The Programme Publicist is responsible for implementing the communication strategy for our successful long running drama, Hollyoaks. The chosen candidate will plan and deliver press events, arrange cast interviews to publicise the show and pitch exciting, innovative ideas to the media to secure coverage and content for Hollyoaks. Another key responsibility of the Programme Publicist is to produce the weekly picture list, identify key scenes to be shot and manage the uploading and strategic distribution of pictures to press.


Essential TV skills & experience:


Develop and maintain relationships both inside and outside the business, be able to foster and develop relationships externally with the press, and internally with talent and key Hollyoaks executives.


Must have strong writing skills and be able to present information in a clear and effective manner, with an understanding of others behaviours and agendas.  Able to use a variety of direct and indirect influencing strategies in order to achieve an end goal.

Commercial Awareness

Be able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of broadcasting landscape and competition.


General skills & experience:

  • At least three years’ experience, preferably in a TV drama environment
  • Excellent talent management skills
  • Proven ability of producing press releases under time pressure
  • Excellent press contacts
  • Working knowledge of the TV industry
  • Some experience of event management
  • A proven track record in dealing with commercially sensitive and confidential information
