Senior Payroll Manager

Lime Pictures is looking for a SENIOR PAYROLL MANAGER to join our busy team.  The role will initially involve leading an implementation project to outsource Lime’s  in-house payrolls to an external payroll provider. Once the implementation is completed the role will have the following responsibilities:

  • To ensure that Finance deliver an effective payroll and pension service to the Productions
  • Payroll Business partner for Heads Of Departments, HR, Production and Senior Management
  • Co-ordinator between the outsourced payroll and Finance, HR and Production
  • Responsible for the annual P11D/PSA submissions and ongoing monitoring throughout the year
  • To ensure that all payrolls are compliant with HMRC and pension regulations
  • Primary point of contact in the company for any payroll matters
  • Regular travel to London office and Production locations required

They should have the following skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in a senior payroll role
  • Up to date knowledge & experience of all aspects of HMRC payroll requirements
  • Knowledge & experience of Pensions auto-enrolment
  • CIPP qualification (desirable)
  • Understanding of HMRC Film, Television & Production Guidance over tax status (desirable)
  • Dynamic self-starter who is able to work effectively and achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Very good organisational and administration skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively and clearly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • The ability to meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills, especially Excel

Location:             Liverpool

Status:                  Full Time, Permanent

Salary:                  Dependent on experience

Publicity Intern

We are currently searching for a Publicist-Intern to join our successful Publicity team. The role holder will offer full administrative and publicity support to the Publicity team, and will be expected to;

 

  • Keep abreast of programme story-lines and cast in TOWIE, as well as our other shows such as Life On Marbs, and be aware of the overall communications strategy of the department
  • Be on the frontline of press enquiries and respond to requests appropriately
  • Have an understanding of sensitive and contentious press issues and be able to refer such issues to the wider team
  • Assist with the preparation of programme press packs
  • Liaise with production to get artists released for relevant publicity.

 

Applicants should have completed a relevant degree or have some experience of working within a publicity environment, and have:

 

  • Excellent time management skills
  • A knowledge of the television industry
  • Knowledge of TOWIE and Lime’s other programmes
  • An adaptable communication style, with the ability to present information in a clear and effective manner, with an understanding of others behaviors and agendas
