SENIOR CONTENT PRODUCER

Lime Pictures are looking for a talented Senior Content Producer to run all things social media, web and shortform video for The Only Way is Essex and its other reality shows.

This is an amazing role for someone who loves TV and talking to millions of followers on social media about it.  We want someone with a great sense of humour who can wrangle cast to produce videos, Vines, gifs, photos and puns that keep fans of our shows as passionate about them as we are.

Focusing mainly on The Only Way Is Essex, we want someone who already has tonnes of experience running social media for TV shows (or major brands), working with production teams and commissioners, and has lots of ideas on how to keep TOWIE innovating.

Photoshop, video editing and writing skills are a must.  You’ll also need to know how to manage people and big cast personalities.  And, of course, you’ll be fantastically organised and be able to juggle lots of information.

PRODUCER

Hollyoaks are looking for a Producer to lead their production and editorial teams.

A proven track-record in continuing drama, scripts and story is essential, coupled with a thorough knowledge of production.

Working in a three-week rotation with two other producers, you will be responsible for five-episode blocks, liaising with the script editor, production manager, director and series producers through all stages of the editorial and production process, from scene breakdowns through to rough-cut viewings.

Hollyoaks is a high-volume, high-pressure environment.  You must have proven editorial experience, excellent time-management and communication skills, attention to detail and most importantly, be able to lead a team.

Leading the editorial and production teams to ensure both scripts and completed episodes are delivered on schedule and to the highest standard possible, the role holder will be responsible for;

  • Attending story conferences and commissioning meetings with the editorial team and writers, contributing ideas and developing stories.
  • Attending commissioning and script meetings, providing notes and feedback at each stage of the draft process in conjunction with the series producers and script editors.
  • Keeping the editorial schedule on track and ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Providing support to the script editors as their first port of call for any script queries they need to refer up the chain.
  • Liaising with the scheduling and production teams to deliver episodes that fit the schedule.
  • Keeping abreast of research, legal and compliance issues and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure they’re implemented in the scripts.
  • Keeping on top of continuity from block to block.
  • Briefing directors on content, continuity, tone and performance.
  • Dealing with ongoing script-management, timings and shoot queries throughout the production period and providing ad-hoc director support.
  • Attending rough-cut viewings, liaising with the edit producer and production regarding additional requirements, such as pick-up shots or ADR.
  • Mentoring across the editorial team, including sourcing new writers, reading and providing feedback on trial scripts.

Standby Art Director

We are currently searching for a Standby Art Director to join our Design team at Lime Pictures on a 6 month FTC.

The successful candidate will ensure all design elements of Production are secured and augmented on a day to day basis and ensure the smooth running of the shoot, along with the following duties:

  • Liaise with Directors for both sets and location design requirements
  • Liaise with Graphics regarding any graphic requirement
  • Liaise with Production regarding short-term and long-term design possibilities
  • Manage and provide effective leadership to the shoot Design team
  • Work closely with and provide a high level of support to the Production Designer
  • Provide support to the other Standby Art Directors
  • Break down scripts
  • Attend Production/Script meetings to contribute and manage the design element
  • Ensure programme compliance
  • Stand in for the Production Designer if required
  • Produce drawings and story boards if requested
  • Responsibility and accountability for block budgets
  • Other duties which are reasonable and appropriate to the post.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience:

Qualifications

  • Interior Design/Film Design related degree or equivalent qualification/industry experience
  • Production Health and Safety qualification
  • Manual Handling Certification

Experience

  • Experience of working within a design-related role in television production
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Supervisory experience

Skills and Knowledge

  • Knowledge of the design process in television production
  • Knowledge of design history
  • Apple mac skills desirable
  • Drafting skills (CAD/ Auto CAD) and or similar drawing programmes

Assistant Production Accountant

We are currently looking for an Assistant Production Accountant to join Lime Pictures. The successful candidate will effectively assist in managing the accounting on Hollyoaks.

Role and responsibilties:

  • To assist Hollyoaks  Production Accountant in cost reporting Hollyoaks Production budget
  • Liaise with Accounts department to obtain accurate financial information from nominal detail for weekly payrolls/artistes/production codes etc
  • Daily updating of cost manager – entering purchase orders , invoices and payroll info
  • Daily updating of other spreadsheets required, eg overtime, artistes numbers & locations
  • Updating Directors schedule for block cost
  • Ad-hoc analysis and requests from Head of Production or Production Accountant.

Required skills & experience

STORYLINER - HOLLYOAKS

STORY PRODUCER

We are currently looking for a creative, innovative, energetic STORY PRODUCER to lead the storyline team in the devising, writing and editing of detailed storylines to an agreed vision as outlined by the Series Producers and Executive Producer. The successful candidate will be expected to:

– Manage the story team and the day to day running of the story office, including all work relating to the publication of the storylines
– Co-chair story and commissioning conferences
– Plan the block and pitch it to the Series Producers/Exec Producer
– Lead the talk-throughs with the storyline team then apportion work appropriately
– Write, edit and re-draft storylines to the vision of the Series Producers/Exec

Applicants should have experience of storylining, story editing or script editing on a serial drama and should also have:
