Post Production Coordinator

This role works within Lime Pictures Post Production department delivering our flagship C4 programme, Hollyoaks. We are also home to other diverse range of programming from other indies. more

Role Responsibility

Based in Childwall, Liverpool, the role centres around preparing content for transmission, ensuring all materials meet the C4 editorial and technical standards, you will work to internal and broadcast deadlines.

You will act as the single point of contact across a range of internal Lime departments and support the post production phase as the key point of contact.

That means resourcing and allocating workloads, hosting post production meetings, booking and managing edits and meeting deadlines.

This is a multi functional role, so you will be asked to pick up small edits, manage other deliverables, and support various departments with their media requirements.

We’re a collaborative team and we welcome applicants with a passion for developing new ideas and ways to further support and promote our programs.


Are you the right candidate?

Do you have experience in TV or Film? Do you have an in-depth understanding of the postproduction process? Can you manage various projects at once?

You should bring experience of establishing and managing workflows, booking and scheduling edits, liaising with external post houses, and being able to act as quality control for our programs.

You are a pro-active planner and a great multi-tasker, you love attention to detail and are a team player.

You’ll be able to manage and communicate changing priorities and workloads to meet broadcast deadlines.

You have the ability to manage relationships with care and communicate clearly and diplomatically.

Some knowledge and experience of creative tools such as Avid is an advantage but… your main skill is managing workflows!
